This document sets out the terms and conditions between the Mind Manifest Project (hereinafter "MMP") and you when you purchase a ticket. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to abide by and be bound by these terms and conditions. You should read this document carefully.

MMP reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Changed terms and conditions will be posted on this website. As you are bound by these terms and conditions, please check this section regularly for changes to ensure you are up to date. If you purchase a ticket after any changes to these Terms, you agree to be bound by the updated version of these Terms.

In the event of any breach of these terms and conditions, MMP reserves the right to cancel tickets, refuse entry, expel the ticket holder or confiscate illegal items, as the case may be.

  • You can purchase tickets for MMP events only from our official website (www.mindmanifest.pro) or from contracted ticket sales platforms.
  • Tickets purchased from other websites or third parties that we do not announce and link to through our official channels are invalid.
  • Event tickets are issued electronically as "E-tickets". MMP does not issue any "physical tickets".
  • E-tickets are personal and must be registered with a valid first and last name. Tickets purchased with a false name or identity information are considered invalid and non-refundable. Please check all the information you have entered when purchasing, make sure it is complete and correct.
  • For the purchase of more than one ticket, the names and identity information of each participant must be given separately. More than one ticket issued to the same name will be considered invalid.
  • A screenshot or a printed copy of the ticket purchased at the entrance to the event area is requested, and this ticket is replaced with a redesigned wristband for each event. Each participant must wear this wristband in a visible way to keep it hidden throughout the event and to avoid confusion.
  • Depending on the size of the event, the name of the purchased tickets can be changed, this should be done 2 weeks before the event date.
  • MMP may prevent or prohibit the entry of persons who may endanger the safety of visitors or cause any problems.
  • Necessary security measures have been taken in the event area or in the business and MMP cannot be held responsible for any lost property, injury or similar accidents.
  • No ticket refunds will be made unless MMP cancels the event.
  • Sold tickets cannot be used in any promotion and/or competition without the written permission of the organizer.
  • Under no circumstances will a new ticket be issued for lost tickets. Do not lose your ticket.
  • MMP reserves the right to change the program, venue and date and cancel the festival for any reason, provided that ticket refunds are made.
  • The MMP may cancel the activity in circumstances beyond its control, such as war, an atmosphere of civil or political unrest, actions and orders of the authorities, strikes, disasters, epidemics or similar serious circumstances, or extremely unexpected factors. In such cases, it reserves the right to refund or not to refund tickets.

  • Only participants aged 18 and over can participate in the events individually.
  • If you have purchased tickets, you will need to provide proof of age. If you cannot provide a valid and valid ID or passport, you will not be allowed to enter the venue.
  • Ticket holders under the age of 18 can only enter the event with their parents, legal guardians.
  • Participants under the age of 18 are the responsibility of their adult parents or legal guardians for the duration of the event.
  • Alcoholic beverages will not be sold to participants under the age of 18.
  • Participants under the age of 18 must wear ear protection to avoid damage from loud noise.

  • All ticket holders entering the festival area are deemed to have given permission that they can record videos and photographs during the festival and that these recordings can be used by MMP for promotional and/or advertising purposes, with all rights reserved, and they accept that they cannot receive any payment for this.

  • All drugs are illegal in the Republic of Turkey. Those who try to enter the event with such items are not allowed to enter the event and the participants lose their right to enter. Necessary controls are carried out in the event area, but MMP cannot be held responsible for overlooked situations.
  • Spray paint, all kinds of glass and plastic products, laser or other high luminous devices, gas lamps, fireworks and their derivatives, Chinese lanterns, loud horns and similar items, cutting and piercing tools, motor vehicles
  • You can be searched at the entrance or in the event area. Any items that could be used illegally or for offensive purposes will be confiscated. Possession of illegal substances can lead to your arrest.

  • All ticketed participants have the right to camp in areas designated by the MMP.
  • Camping is only allowed in designated areas, camping in the parking area and/or vehicles is prohibited.
  • The event will take place in all weather conditions. Please be prepared and bring warm clothing for the night.
  • Swimming is allowed only in designated areas. Swimming at night is strictly prohibited.
  • Driving in the event area is prohibited; unauthorized vehicles will be permanently removed from the activity area.

  • If the event does not take place, ticket fees will be refunded, but reservations made through the property cannot be canceled.
  • The body temperature of the participants will be measured at the entrance.
  • Wearing a mask is mandatory.
  • Tents will be arranged in accordance with social distance rules.
  • Do not forget to get your current HES code in advance. Participants will be able to enter by showing their HES codes.
  • As of Monday, September 6, 2021, people who are not vaccinated; A PCR test with a negative result will be mandatory for the participation of citizens in activities such as concerts, cinemas and theaters. In this framework, operators/organizers will be asked about a vaccinated/past disease (according to the time that is scientifically considered immune after Covid-19 disease) or a negative PCR test performed a maximum of 48 hours before using the HES code at the entrance to the events.
    If the person has not had the disease or is not vaccinated or has a negative PCR test, they will not be allowed to participate in the event.
