This document sets out the terms and conditions between you and Mind Manifest Project (hereinafter referred to as “MMP”) when you purchase a ticket. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. You should read this document carefully.

MMP reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. The changed terms and conditions will be published on this website. Please check this section regularly for changes to ensure you are up to date as you are bound by these terms and conditions. If you purchase a ticket after any changes have been made to these Terms, you agree to be bound by the updated version of these Terms.

In the event of any breach of these terms and conditions, MMP reserves the right to cancel tickets, refuse entry, eject the ticket holder or confiscate illegal items, as the case may be.

Our top priority is for all participants to arrive at the festival safely, have a pleasant time here, and return home peacefully. The terms and conditions specified in this section have been created to ensure that we all have a trouble-free festival experience.

1: Ticket, purchase and refund / name change and obligations

🔸You can only purchase tickets for MMP events from our official website (www.mindmanifest.pro) or contracted ticket sales platforms. Tickets purchased from other websites or third parties that we have not announced or linked to through our official channels are invalid. MMP cannot be held responsible for any grievances that may arise from such situations.

🔸MMP event tickets are issued electronically as “E-tickets”. MMP does not issue any “physical tickets”.

🔸E-tickets are personal and must be registered with a valid name and surname. Tickets purchased with fake names or identity information are considered invalid and cannot be returned. Please check all the information you entered when purchasing and make sure it is complete and correct.

🔸For multiple ticket purchases, the names and identification information of each participant must be provided separately. Multiple tickets issued to the same name will be considered invalid.

🔸A screenshot or a printed copy of the purchased ticket is requested upon entering the event area. This ticket will be replaced with a newly designed wristband for each event. Each participant must keep this wristband throughout the event and wear it in a visible manner to prevent confusion.

🔸Name changes may be made on purchased tickets depending on the size of the event. This must be done 2 weeks before the event date.

🔸MMP may block or prohibit the entry of anyone who may endanger the safety of visitors or cause any problems.

🔸Necessary security measures have been taken in the event area or business, and MMP cannot be held responsible for any lost items, injuries or similar accidents that may occur.

🔸No refunds will be given for tickets unless the MMP event is cancelled.

🔸Sold tickets cannot be used in any promotion and/or competition without the written permission of the organizer.

🔸Under no circumstances will a new ticket be given for lost tickets. Do not lose your ticket.

🔸MMP has the right to change the program, venue and date, and to cancel the festival for any reason, provided that tickets are refunded.

🔸MMP may cancel the event in cases of war, civil or political unrest, acts and orders of authorities, strikes, disasters, epidemics or similar serious situations or extremely unexpected factors beyond its control. In such cases, MMP reserves the right to refund or not to refund tickets.

2: Age policy

🔸Only participants aged 18 and over can participate in the event individually.

🔸If you have purchased tickets, you will be required to provide ID that proves your age. If you cannot provide a valid and current ID or passport, you will not be allowed to enter the venue.

🔸Ticket holders under the age of 18 can only enter the event with a parent or legal guardian.

🔸Participants under the age of 18 are under the responsibility of their adult parent or legal guardian for the duration of the event.

🔸Alcoholic beverages will not be sold to participants under the age of 18.

🔸Please note that participants under the age of 18 must wear ear protection to avoid being harmed by loud noises.

3: Media and digital media

🔸All ticket holders who enter the festival area are deemed to have accepted that they may record videos and photographs during the festival and that these recordings may be used by MMP for promotional and/or advertising purposes, with all rights reserved, and that they will not receive any payment for this.

4: Prohibited items and substances

🔸The following items are not allowed at any MMP event:

🔸All narcotics are illegal in the Republic of Turkey. Those who attempt to enter the event with such substances will not be allowed to enter and participants will lose their right to enter. Necessary checks are carried out in the event area, but MMP cannot be held responsible for situations that are overlooked.

🔸Spray paint

🔸All kinds of glass and plastic products

🔸Laser or other high light devices

🔸Gas lamps, fireworks and their derivatives, Chinese lanterns, loud horns and similar items

🔸Cutting and piercing tools

🔸Motor vehicles

🔸You may be searched at the entrance or in the event area. Any items that could be used for illegal or offensive purposes will be confiscated. Possession of illegal substances may lead to your arrest.

5: Camping and nature

🔸All ticketed participants have the right to camp in areas designated by MMP

🔸The event will take place in all weather conditions. Please be prepared and bring warm clothing for the night.

🔸Camping is only allowed in designated areas; camping in parking areas and/or vehicles is prohibited.

🔸It is forbidden to light fires, controlled fires will be lit in controlled areas.

🔸Swimming is only allowed in designated areas. Swimming at night is strictly prohibited.

🔸It is forbidden to drive in the event area; unauthorized vehicles will be permanently removed from the event area.
